Rewind a few posts to The Long and The Short of it and note the paragraph on our office lunches. Everyday Jalal (pictured left) makes lunch for the staff, but, on special occasions, he makes a feast. It is tradition that when a new person joins the office they host lunch for the staff. At first I thought this may be a Bangladeshi thing but, turns out, its just SSFP.
A few weeks ago, the 5 new staff hosted a combined lunch. We all ate, laughed, and were merry. Afterward my colleague send the photos shown here with the subject "cooking." Note the garden tool to stir the food to the right! Yes, I did eat the lunch, yes it was good, and no, I didn't get sick. Bon Appetit.
